Re: Economic Hardship Waiver

The Division of Motor Vehicles has made available an Economic Hardship Waiver with the endorsement of the legislature for those individuals who cannot afford OBD repairs.

Please advise customers who fail OBD ONLY and pass safety that they may be eligible to obtain an Economic Hardship Waiver. Please inform customers who have questions or an interest in acquiring an Economic Hardship Waiver that they must contact the Division of Motor Vehicles at 603-227-4120.
