RE:New Registration Barcode

As part of the newest software release, it is now possible for the NHOST system to read the 2-D barcode which is part of the registration form that was phased into circulation on July 18, 2008. The barcode reader remains able to read the barcode on the vehicle, as well as the barcode from a previous VIR.
